Surgical Procedure Deposit Policy

To better serve our clients and ensure that we can accommodate all of our patients effectively, Skylark Animal Hospital Team has implemented a deposit policy for all surgical procedures effective August 2024.

Policy Details

  • Deposit Amount: A deposit of $50.00 is required at the time of scheduling any surgical procedure.
  • The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the procedure.
  • In the event that you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a deposit refund or to apply the deposit to a future appointment.
  • If you do not cancel or reschedule within the 48-hour window, the deposit will be forfeited.

This policy is in place to ensure that we can maintain a high level of service and accommodate the needs of all of our patients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
